This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be available, how to request a refund, expected processing times, and what to expect if your booking was made through a third-party provider or airline. Please read this policy carefully — refund eligibility is usually governed by the rules of the ticket-issuing provider.
Flight Price Compare Center acts primarily as a fare discovery and comparison platform. In many cases we will direct you to an airline or partner booking page to complete your reservation. When a ticket is issued by an airline or a third-party provider, that issuer’s fare rules, cancellation policies, and refund procedures determine entitlement and timelines. We assist customers by submitting refund requests, tracking progress, and relaying provider responses, but final decisions and timing rest with the ticketing provider.

We will notify you by email when the provider responds. Please note Flight Price Compare Center cannot control delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party processors.
Refund amounts may be reduced by applicable airline cancellation fees, non-refundable taxes, or other provider deductions. If a provider deducts fees, we will share the provider’s breakdown. Flight Price Compare Center may charge an administrative handling fee only when explicitly disclosed at the time of submission or in communications; any such fee will be clearly communicated before you confirm a request.
Providers sometimes offer alternatives to cash refunds, such as travel credits, vouchers, or rebooking options. If a provider issues a voucher instead of a cash refund, we will notify you and provide details about validity and redemption. You may accept or decline such alternatives, but acceptance may affect your ability to seek a cash refund later depending on provider terms.
If you believe a refund was wrongly denied or delayed, contact refunds@flightpricecomparecenter.com so we can escalate the matter with the provider. If escalation does not resolve the issue, you may consider filing a dispute with your payment card issuer. Chargeback processes have strict deadlines and documentation requirements, so we recommend attempting to resolve the dispute through provider and Flight Price Compare Center channels first.
Refunds are typically issued in the currency used for the original purchase. If a refund involves currency conversion, exchange rates and fees applied by banks or processors may affect the final amount you receive.
